Users will call you to assist with resetting their voicemail pin. To do this, follow these steps.
1. Go to https://business.comcast.com/myaccount/Secure/ManageServices/BVE/Dashboard.
2. On the left hand side or panel, please click on the 3 lines or "hamburger."
3. A menu will pop up, please scroll to where it says "Subscribed Services" and select "Business VoiceEdge User."
4. From there, you can change into the users account by searching for them in the top right corner by selecting on "Change Phone."
5. From there, please click on "Reset Voicemail PIN."
