Self Service Password Reset (SSRP)

Go here to reset your password:

Step 1) https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com/

Step 2) Sign in with your email address and complete the captcha.

Step 3) Always use "I forgot my password"

Step 4) Select options "Text my mobile phone." Phone number entered must match with presented phone number. 

Step 5) After putting phone number in, select "Text" to move to the next steps. 

Step 6) Enter the 6 digit code that was sent to your mobile device through your phone number. 

Step 7) Another verification method, choose whichever you prefer. 

Step 8) Enter your new password.
