Your computer has been updated with version 2026.1 of the VPN client software.
With this update, you will be require to satisfy an MFA authentication request every time you connect.
Please follow this guide.
Open the VPN software by clicking on desktop or start menu icon, which looks like this:
Note: If you cannot find a shortcut, type "SSL" in the Windows search box.
The application should already be pre-populated as shown in the screenshot below. If not, add the server name vpn.harlandmedical.com:4443 and check the box labeled "Authenticate using SAML." Press Connect.
You might receive a one-time Security Alert referring to untrusted Certificate Issuer. Please press Yes.
A login window will open as shown below. Enter your Harland email address and press Next.
In this screen, enter the password associated with your email address. Press Sign in.
- If your credentials are correct, a message asks if you want to stay signed in. Choose Yes.
You will be prompted to confirm your identity by matching the displayed number into a prompt on your mobile phone.
- After you confirm the MFA request, you will be asked if you want to stay signed in. Press Yes.
- The VPN application will run some scripts and connect after a moment.
